Purchasing and Registration

TSM can be purchased by contacting our sales department at sales@theservicemanager.com or visiting http://www.theservicemanager.com/.

Generally, TSM will be installed on your site by one of our consultants. However if you have organised a local demonstration/testing copy, or wish to do the full installation yourself, you will be emailed with the installer download instructions and a key file to unlock your copy. Instructions on installing TSM can be found on this wiki, or in the PDF supplied with the installer.

Once successfully installed, activate TSM by running a TSM client and follow the prompts to import the supplied key file. If you have any problems with this, please contact TSM Support.
