Employee Email History
The Mailbox records all Emails sent to and received by the Employee.
Emails are sent to Employees using the Email button on the Employee Summary tab, or next to the Employee Code on the Job Logging tab. Alternatively, clicking the Print button in the Toolbar allows you to Email any address you wish. All Emails sent while the Employee is logged into TSM are considered are recorded in the Outbox.
Use the buttons to the right of the Preview pane to Move or Copy the selected email to a different Job, Employee, or Customer record.
